Went to the dealership on August 30 just to look at a truck. The salesman and his manager hard pressured myself and my wife so we couldn't leave. My wife had to go back August 31 for the paperwork so the truck. The salesman and his manager hard pressured myself and my wife so we couldn't leave. My wife had to go back August 31 for the paperwork so the salesman drove the truck to our house and had my wife forge my signature. Saturday September 4th I notice a Big oil leak under the truck and take it back to the dealership. I told the salesman that I was returning the truck because of the leak and because the whole deal was shady. Ten days later my wife calls to check on the truck and she's told it needs a part and it would take 30 to 40 days to get here. I'm writing this review on September 25 and no one has called me about the status of the truck. Now the first payment is due on September 30 and I'm going to let it get repossessed because I don't care anymore I wish I could void this contract that I didn't sign and I wish I would have never went to this dealership. I'm done. More

Salesman didn't know much about the vehicle he was selling me. He didn't know there were buttons on the back of the steering wheel or what damage was on the car. When my car was detailed, a key go selling me. He didn't know there were buttons on the back of the steering wheel or what damage was on the car. When my car was detailed, a key got dropped on to the floor board. An employee came up to us asking if we had found a key but was very frantic, and didn't explain the situation to us so we ended up not looking. Found the key upon getting home, which was an hour and a half drive for me. I called the dealership the next day and was told I needed to come in to drop it off. I refused due to the distance of the drive and was told a manager would get back with me. No one ever called me back. Upon leaving the dealership, I went out to eat and found out the fob the dealership provided was faulty and would not lock the car and would occasionally unlock it. The dealership was closed or else I would have turned right back around. Called the dealership yesterday again, to talk about my fob and the key I found on the floorboard. They agreed to look at my fob and I agreed to bring back the key I found. I will now be making another avoidable hour and a half trip to the dealership if measures had been taken to ensure professionalism. More
