When we picked up our SUV it we covered with black grease on the exterior and interior of both doors and on the door of the clove compartment. We only brought the car in for an oil change and recall so I do on the exterior and interior of both doors and on the door of the clove compartment. I made an appointment a week in advance. Received a confirmation call and the day of service, the appointment wasn’t in computer. 5 hours to have my oil changed and inspection done. At first I was tol confirmation call and the day of service, the appointment wasn’t in computer. 5 hours to have my oil changed and inspection done. At first I was told they would be unable to do it. Then I was told I must not have hit the correct button on the confirmation call which then took the appointment out of the computer, but was also told you don’t have a system that calls to confirm appointments. Everyone at your facility was confused And because of that it cost me an entire day sitting there waiting for my car to be done. I do not believe this had anything to do with the agents themselves and I will not rate them poorly because I felt that they were just as confused by this issue as I was. This seems to be a problem higher up the ladder. I was NOT happy More

I was delighted with our sales man. He was very knowledgeable and helpful! We got into a great car. Not happy about no key fob and spare key with the car though. That was an extra expense that was knowledgeable and helpful! We got into a great car. Not happy about no key fob and spare key with the car though. Also wasn't happy that I had to put a new tire on in a month when they said if the thread is 5 or below they replace them. Mine was a 5. Other than that I would highly suggest them and they look into those type of situations and fix them. More
