I had an appointment for 10am. I waited for my car to be done until after 1:00pm. I made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait. We’ve made appointments on Saturdays and waited like that. I thought a Wedne done until after 1:00pm. I made an appointment so I didn’t have to wait. We’ve made appointments on Saturdays and waited like that. I thought a Wednesday morning would alleviate this long wait. We have purchased several cars from DCH and have been very satisfied. The service department is another story. We live close to a hour away so getting it serviced there is inconvenient and then the wait makes us not want to continue making that drive. More

The service department is wonderful. And everything is great with my car I appreciate all there work and everything. Had oil change 8/1/20. Process was timely. However upon picking up car it was obvious little measures taken to protect customer from exposure. Dirty finger prints on steering, radio and foot print on mat. picking up car it was obvious little measures taken to protect customer from exposure. Dirty finger prints on steering, radio and foot print on mat. Had to disinfect car before feeling safe to drive it. Other dealerships are using paper mat covers on seats and mats and cleaning up after service. I am sure your customers would appreciate that as well. I had to purchase new vehicle after paying for new differential and only a day after having that done i had to come back in because differential fluiding was flowing out back of car which i was informed was fixed. Then i was told i would need to pay over another 1000 to get repaired. I was not pleased at that time with service. I want to believe that this is not a trend but I do have reservations. More

I was slightly aggravated with the fact my SanteFe had factory issues. I talked to Launi at DC Hyundai and she told me it was covered under warranty...it was such a huge relief! I was given a rental to us factory issues. I talked to Launi at DC Hyundai and she told me it was covered under warranty...it was such a huge relief! I was given a rental to use at Hyundai’s expense while I waited for my vehicle to be fixed. Considering they were all booked up they got my vehicle in as soon as the part came in. More
