It was towed to Hyundai where they were inconsiderate of how much of an inconvenience this is to me. I couldn’t get answers with what was wrong or when they would be fixing this. I called several times with them taking a message and said they will call back and they never did. Even when the car was ready to be picked up they were rude and still provided no answers as to why this happened. More

Adam, the service mrg, was very accommodating. I requested that they show me my brakes and was explained the wear. I did NOT need them replaced as previously was stated in my inspection. He said he would speak to the initial tech about this matter. This has shaken my trust in the Hyundai service to the point of even letting them inspect again...and I have lifetime free. Of course, now I have the name of the most experienced mechanic. I could request him. Our family loves Hyundai..5 in all..3 from this dealer. Surprising with that amount of sales from one family..2 new..1 used..they don't think we would buy more??? The sales team..Dan in particular..shuts ya don't real quick if you can't produce enough money. Telling me you're ok with you're car!! You can tow 1000#s get a tow pkg right..for a small trailer and a garbage can. Told him what I wanted up front..when he couldn't work the numbers that is what he told me...a dangerous option for my car. Well..the good and the bad..when the time comes for a bigger and better there are many options. Go to any parking lot and it looks like a Hyundai dealer. They are popular..convenient..easy to work on..last a long time. I've been around a long time too. Over 30 yrs ago I wanted a specific car..a station wagon with roof racks for $100 payment...4 dealers laughed at me...one didn't. And that was my first Suburu of 4 from THAT dealer!! I want what I want and I WILL find the dealer that will work with me. More
