An enthrallment of vehicular euphoria. I have been a client of Circle BMW since 2016. I recently got my second vehicle from them in October 2019. This dealership is such a great place. I have had the most fulfilling experiences during the tenure of my first vehicle. The service department overall is fantastic. Most of the service visits I had were usually with Ray. He is so kind and extremely efficient in processing your visit. He keeps you fully in the loop during the time your vehicle is being serviced and provides an assurance and timeline that is always met. I have purchased toys and gifts from the dealership store, both on the phone and in person. Each time the purchase is beyond pleasant, very accommodating and even when something is not in stock, I receive it within a mere few days. My new vehicle was yet another amazing experience. My client advisor was George. George is a delight to deal with and provided the most outstanding interaction. He created an environment that was calm, supportive and very rewarding. During the entire process, George not only listened to every single concern in the most genuine of ways but it was also apparent from the very beginning that my concerns were just as important to him as they were to me. George is a thoughtful and sincere advisor who did everything that was necessary for me to have the exact vehicle I wanted. While I was shown a few different models at the dealership, none had the matching specifications I required. However, that was no problem at all as George found me the exact vehicle I wanted and it arrived in the shortest amount of time. He is patient, diligent and in the time that I was awaiting the arrival of my new vehicle, George was in constant contact with me always making sure I was aware of the latest update. He was available every single time he was needed and never once strayed from his role as an amazing advisor. His goal was always to make sure I was happy and that I was. He approaches his role as an advisor with the strongest desire to make sure you get exactly what you want without any hesitation. His approach is never forced and he is determined to make you feel the satisfaction you deserve. In addition to George, the accommodations from Laura made all of this that much better. It is not just what you would expect from BMW, but it is what you would wish for with anyone. I also was fortunate enough to deal with Antonio who made what could be a ridiculously tedious and lengthy process of filling out paperwork, one of the most simplistic and care-free experiences I have ever encountered. He is extremely relatable which made the experience very enjoyable and while providing explanations to each document in the most clear and concise of ways, I was able to stay fully engaged so that my understanding of every document was always at the forefront. Antonio is beyond proficient in what he has to do but what stands out so much is his ability to normalize the financial process in a way that subsides any and all complications. You can not ask for a better person in this part of the process. In addition to George and Antonio, I had Brian as my delivery agent. Brain stands one million percent behind his title as a BMW Genius. His knowledge of the vehicle was so inspiring, authentic and created quite the unexpected beautiful learning experience. I was fascinated by Brian's knowledge and it was his passion and enthusiasm that made me even more excited to be driving this vehicle. I could have listened to Brian talking about BMW for hours. His knowledge is that amazing. I drove away from the dealership with a giddiness that made me feel like there was no other car in the world more perfect for me.
