We're not here to rip you off, and despite your comment that we did, our pricing is very fair and competitive. We needed additional time because the part you brought wouldn't work. We stand by our work, so if something wasn't done correctly, we will fix it.

And now this recent job that I had done does't seem to have been done well...My car didn't start this morning for the exact same reason...This is the second time this has happened to me...Back in September I had my alternator done and the day after I got my car back it went out again and had to be fixed because of mechanics error...I'm just sick of the incompetence...and that job cost 1600 dollars...
