I realized my A/C on my Honda Passport wasn't working as it should. I set up an appt and Marisa (service consultant) explained to me the issue that my car (2019) is experiencing due to a small leak. She was very cordial and professional and I appreciate that. The only issue is that the compressor in in back order and they don't know when it will be available. The SUV even thought is 4 years old (2019) only has just over 23,000 miles and the air conditioner compressor hast to be replaced. Is a very expensive replacement, over $2,000. Happy with the service I received at the dealer but after all is a HONDA. I had Hondas all my life and never had this particular issue. I had the A/C top off and since they don't have the part that's all I can do for now. More
