At the first visit she learned my interests and needs, and was incredibly knowledgeable about easy! She put me at ease, and was easy to work with. When we were ready to move forward, we were able to work things through over the phone so that when we went back for the next visit, we finalized things quickly and walked away with a car at a price that I was happy with.
