I've been in sales for over 40 years so I'm not easily impressed but Patrick Subara, and Laura Lawrence in particular impressed me beyond words. Great selection, fair pricing, and no pressure. Came in for our second lease at Patrick Subaru. Laura helped us upgrade from an Impreza to a Crosstrek.
