I came in with a safety issue, was charged for a repair that never happened, was dismissed with the safety issue unaddressed, and my take-away is that the Service Policy there is "Sucks to be You." And again … I have texted about this, I filled out an emailed survey, I spoke briefly with somebody named Dan … and now another survey. Wow. Maybe I'll get something in the mail, too? More

They Accused me of bringing fraudulent check stubs to the dealer without verifying them. threatened me with jail. Before everthing was ran i offered to go get my dad so that we could show through the job we dealer without verifying them. threatened me with jail. Before everthing was ran i offered to go get my dad so that we could show through the job website that they were real, they said no it would be fine.8 hours went by and they told me the bank has flagged my dad and said they stubbs were fraudulent.. NOBODY CALLED TO VERIFY THE STUBS CRAZY PART ABOUT IT... so after i complained the customer relations manager told me to bring the correct stubs and i did but still it wasn't good enough because in the mist of this the car i wanted was being sold by Johnny which i was told he had a 700 ceedit score. No johnny was caucasian and i am black and that was the clear picture i had been working a week trying to get that car.. and i did everything thing i was suppose to do and still got turned aroud and lied to ohj and not to mention i am also falsely flagged and now i cant get a car due to no one doing their job to verify check stubbs.. so i was no longer able to get a car in my name.. oh and to add insult to injury there was never a apology and and owning up to making a mistake because i finallyshowed them a real check stubb.. just a slapp in the face and a big screw you basically. More
