We bought a new car from Laura a couple of months ago. There were several hiccups along the way but nothing directly related to Laura, she handled everything with speed and grace. Louis also helped get us acclimated with all of the cars new features and was a delight to meet and work with. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the dealership itself seems very disorganized between departments - sales, finance, service. And the extremely loud music they pump in their sales floor is a turn off. More
