I do want to be a lifelong part of the Volkswagen Family. That’s why I’m so grateful I had Laura Torres helping me for my 3rd lease through the process. She was extremely patient and understanding as I laid out all my parameters, concerns, and questions. She never rushed me or made me feel like I was asking too much. Instead, she took the time to walk me through every detail and made sure I felt informed and comfortable with each step. Her honesty, professionalism, and support made all the difference.
