Staff was condescending and had an attitude stating she wasn’t notified to use full Synthetic. Brought my vehicle to a Malloy in Winchester and they typed in the VIN and my recall for my rear control panel came right up. Avoid at all costs. Drive the extra few miles to Winchester. More
