Lauren was very nice and helped me check out when I suspect she had just clocked out for the day, many thanks. Thanks also to Sarah Alvarez who setup the appointment. I however have to give a poor rating and don't plan on returning for a few reasons. 1) The inspection used to be free because I bought the car there, now I'm charged for $20 for the labor. 2) The service history of my car is not clear to the staff writing the tickets, I was recommended one service (hybrid coolant) which was performed 20K miles ago and was not necessary. I also accidentally accepted one service (brake flush) which was performed last year and was not necessary, a waste of $162. I no longer live near you guys so bringing the car is an inconvenience. It was one I used to put up with because you had the full service history for the vehicle, if recommendations are being made to me without regard to what was done before I'm not going to go to the trouble of brining it to you. More
