I have purchased a car here, and Jim was extremely helpful. Previous to that, I had my old Outback serviced at Zeigler. The service department has been exceptional. Lauren, and 2 others whose names I helpful. Previous to that, I had my old Outback serviced at Zeigler. The service department has been exceptional. Lauren, and 2 others whose names I cannot recall, have been incredibly helpful and professional. They always let me know the status of the car, upcoming and immediate service it needs, and, most importantly, take a moment to explain the reasons for the mechanics' suggestions. I never feel dismissed nor belittled, which I value greatly. Keep up the good work! More
