I’m very disappointed with new purchase of our Lexus car. The salesman, Jeff, stated he needed just an hour to have our new car ready for pickup and we actually gave him three hours and it still wasn’t ready The salesman, Jeff, stated he needed just an hour to have our new car ready for pickup and we actually gave him three hours and it still wasn’t ready.
