We just completed the purchase of a 2020 Certified Preowned Subaru Outback at Rye Subaru. We were drawn to Rye Subaru because they had the best overall inventory of CPO vehicles in terms of mileage a Preowned Subaru Outback at Rye Subaru. We were drawn to Rye Subaru because they had the best overall inventory of CPO vehicles in terms of mileage and condition (all listed on their website). With decades of experience purchasing vehicles, I was not looking forward to our visit to the dealership HOWEVER, this was a different and extraordinarily pleasant experience. Lauren Hirshowitz, our sales representative, was especially pleasant and helpful. She made us feel entirely comfortable during our initial visit and thereafter including at the time of delivery. I can say the same for Rye Subaru's finance manager who was low key and knowledgeable. There were NO high pressure sales tactics employed: rather, a warm, inviting and overall pleasant experience.
