We were on the look out for a new car and after going to other Dealerships we gave Rye Subaru a chance, and what a great decision that was! We test drove the car we were looking at and since they didn't have the Crosstrek we wanted in stock we sat and discussed incoming vehicles. We decided on the one we wanted and after a bit of back and forth on what our trade-in value was worth and overall price out the door, we all came to a areement by end of day! We left a deposit and 5 days later Lauren called us and told us our Subie was here! When we went to pick up the car, Lauren had already contacted our insurance company, walked us through ALL the features of the car, helped to pair our phones to the car and set up driver profiles for us! Craig had all our paperwork ready for the DMV and the hand off could not have been any easier! A big Thank You to everyone at Rye Subaru, we are happy to now be part of this family run business! I recently leased a new car from Rye, Suburu. I had been putting it off as I had a lot going on personally. I did not make it easy for her as I had I was busy every day and she was always so understanding, patient courteous and most importantly kind. I was very impressed by her knowledge and her understanding of the leasing process. She made everything so easy, relaxing and fun! Yes I said fun. She is a very positive upbeat person and makes this process that is usually not so fun, exciting and a great experience.
