I had had about enough of dealerships when I walked into Rye Subaru. Dealers were charging dealer fees, thousands above MSRP, and playing games to rope you in. So, when I entered your dealership I was defensive. However, in less than 5 minutes of conversation with Lauren, I was starting to feel comfortable. She told me that you were a family owned business and charge neither dealer fees nor or any amount over MSRP. I had no intention of making a deal for a car that day, but the care and terms I was given convinced me that my car search was over. Thanks to Lauren and the team. And say hello to Garry in finance.
