On arriving at the service door, Lauren was ready she had all the paper work finished and came right out with the camera, took pictures of the damage, On arriving at the service door, Lauren was ready she had all the paper work finished and came right out with the camera, took pictures of the damage, gave me an estimate of the time it might take to get in the parts and do the work. All this without my having to say anything---who I was and why I was there. She then asked if there was anything I needed help with and arranged a taxi for me. This was all done with a cheerful voice and a smile. Also, the work was completed 1 1/2 days sooner than expected. I would definitely recommend this Service Department to anyone I know. After starting a new job I had to change my car to a truck. I was looking at Ford 150's and Chevy Avalanches. I stopped in at Pete Moore to look at Avalanches and was met by Dickie Heckler. Despite the rain that day, Dickie took the time to show their vehicles and demonstrate their features. He was very knowledgable about both his products and the competitors, which is more than I can say for other dealerships I visited. When I went back for a test drive, I got a chance to drive the vehicle over both local streets and the highway, unlike other dealerships which gave the 'around the block' drive. I got good value for my trade-in and a good deal for my new Avalanche. I would recommend Dickie Heckler and the Pete Moore dealership without reservation. More
