service center problems I am not satisfied with my service and nobody seems to care. Maybe a bad review or fifty will get their attention. After my service I found a dirty cabin filter that was not changed. They missed it according to the service manager Gus. Its in plain sight. I saw it as soon as soon as I opened the hood of the engine compartment. If they missed this what else did they miss. Are the technicians paid by the job? probably, most are. Are the technicians cutting corners to make better money? I have asked the service department to redo the service because I have no faith that is was done correctly. All I hear is crickets.. No calls back. I guess this is how they treat their negative reviews. More

We had to drive from the South Bay, but I think we will go back to Temecula for service and everything even if the trip is out-of-the-way.
