We made several stops at the dealership, since it is on our route to and from almost anywhere we go, and other sales people were always polite and helpful without being pushy although they knew we were just waiting for Lauren. We haven't had the Metris long enough to have any dealing with the service department but from the clean and orderly looks of things I'm sure that, too, will be efficient and helpful. More
