She responded promptly from the first contact made over the internet, we worked back and forth through the process and was always providing me with the most up to date information. Lauren was fantastic and answered all of my questions when we finally had a deal in place and made a point to introduce herself when I stopped in to do all of the paperwork and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase. Brian Okova was great from finalizing the sale and starting to the paperwork to walking me through the ins and outs of the car and made sure when I left the lot I knew everything there was to know about my new Q5. The professionalism of the whole staff was top notch and I would absolutely recommend Audi of Burlington to anyone who was looking to buy or lease an Audi. More

But after a couple years of searching online for the perfect Audi, I found a vehicle that resonated with me. It was not the perfect timing but the vehicle was perfect so I moved forward. There were difficulties inherent to a long distance transaction but Lauren Savage and Selma Rakovic helped me work through the details and stuck with me when we hit snags. Even without a personal relationship with me, Lauren worked tirelessly and advocated for me through the process. The general manager, Adnan Sehovic, condescended to help with some of the details which showed a commitment to customer service throughout the levels of the organization. Now I have my dream S8 in my garage, thrilled with my experience effected from 2,000 miles away. I only wish that I were closer for my next transaction with them. I went to Audi of Burlington after being dissatisfied with another local Audi dealership's service and staff. I could not have been more pleased with how Audi of Burlington was on the complete opposite side of the spectrum. As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was immediately greeted by one of their sales staff, Brendan Leary, who could not have made this experience more enjoyable. He made me feel right at home -- I felt like we were old friends catching up more than a sales rep and a customer. Brendan was very knowledgeable about the entire Audi Lineup, having answered all my specific questions. Brendan walked me comfortably through the process, listening to what my needs were, finding me exactly what I wanted. He is not like most sales staff, who don't really listen to what you want, and then tell you what you NEED, and try to sell you whats on the lot--Brendan listened to my specific requirements, went out of his way to find me several options within the Audi network that would meet all of my requirements. He had the car on the lot and ready to go with a couple of days. Thank you everyone (Nick Dota and Zak Nolan who helped as well) at Audi of Burlington for making this my most enjoyable car purchase to date! I had a truly exceptional car buying/leasing experience with the Sales Team made up of Ismael, Lauren, and Stephanie at Herb Chambers Audi Burlington. Stephanie and Lauren were my first point of contact via an inquiry I made on their website. Both ladies worked diligently to provide me with the pricing options I was seeking out on the A3. They answered any and all questions I had. If they didn't have the answer right away, they sought it out for me. On the day of my test drive, Ismael (my sales agent) picked me up from public transportation (I live in the city) with the car I was interested in and I started my test drive. He was polite, accommodating, kind, and extremely helpful. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at any moment during the test drive or at our sit down back at the dealership. This made my decision to move forward easy. On the day I picked up my car, the weather was a bit nasty. Despite those circumstances, Ismael picked me up at the Alewife T station and drove me to the dealership as I was anxious to be in my new car. Since I drove off the lot, Lauren and Ismael have been in touch ensuring I'm happy with my choice and making sure I have all questions that have come up answered.
