He worked diligently to locate the last car in NE with my color combo. Lauren used her savvy to negotiate a trade with the dealer so I could get the color I really wanted. Meanwhile she found our about my new puppy so got me an Audi collar which was so sweet! Josh couldn’t have been more normal and nice in financing... not pushy at all. He thoughtfully reviewed my options and helped me choose what made sense for me. Honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. Would recommend highly! More
