He did a great job of explaining everything about the vehicle, showed us around the dealership and all with no high pressure. I think it is one of the few times my wife was at ease during the purchase because of the relaxed demeanor of Rich. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I also checked Laurie Perkins even though she was not involved in our purchase, she had also purchased a home through me at the real estate brokerage I am associated with and she was very friendly and helpful when we entered the dealership, We will come back again.
