Laurie and I were able to discuss the price of the car for an hour without being disagreeable. Fianally we arrived at a price I was willing to pay. She was friendly, courteous and professional. I will say once a price was agreed upon, the rest of the process necessary to drive the car home was quite time consuming. Overall an interesting experience and I'm very happy with the car.
