Layne is always very professional. He keeps me informed of my cars progress. My car has 174,000 miles and always goes here for service. I trust the mechanics and Layne to help me make He keeps me informed of my cars progress. My car has 174,000 miles and always goes here for service. I trust the mechanics and Layne to help me make the appropriate decisions about my car for my safety. My service appointments have been for routine wear and tear over the 9 years. We had to recently purchase an additional car, and it broke my heart that it was not an RDX since they do not have a HYBRID nor one coming in the near future. I would have leased a car if they had on coming in the next year that is how much I trust their mechanics. More
