It Took 4 different female staff member to allow me to pay my bill. Was given a coupon at time of car purchase (from this dealership) but no one knew how to use it. In the end everything worked out but pay my bill. Was given a coupon at time of car purchase (from this dealership) but no one knew how to use it. As always greeted by Layne and Albert as soon as I pulled into the service area. With in a few minuets my car was being serviced. I was kept informed of the progress and of additional services that were rec into the service area. With in a few minuets my car was being serviced. I was kept informed of the progress and of additional services that were recommended. I needed a new battery. The staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend Spitzer to everyone for their high standard of service. More
