Felipe doesn't seem to like when asked questions. I dropped off my car for a repair and was informed a diagnostic would take about two days. Whenever I would call for updates, Mr. Fransisco's tone was that of someone being inconvenienced or annoyed at the fact that I'm calling at all. 7 days passed and not only had there not been a diagnostic, the car was parked in a lot over a mile away from the dealer. It's location was not moved and I know this because I have a GPS/LTE powered dashcam which confirmed the car has sat for 7 days straight. My final call was to come pick up the vehicle and take it back. Even for pickup, I was courteous and I said "I'll bring it by when you guys have less work backed up" to which Mr. Francisco responded "it's going to be like this every time you come here" I also noticed he treats the porters very poorly raising his voice at them which is absolutely unacceptable. Even if someone makes a mistake you don't talk to them the way he does. I personally will not step foot in this dealership again so long as this man works here and especially since he is one of the managers in the service department. The porter gentleman that gave me my car back and the woman that handled my loaner vehicle are absolute gems of people and I have nothing but praise for them. More

I always enjoy going to this dealership but this one time I went I had a bad experience. I’ve took my car to get fully serviced that means a full multi service job done on my car before my warranty was expir I went I had a bad experience. They said they found a few things that needed to be serviced and they did service the car however when I left the dealership I’ve noticed a wobble coming from my front end of my car didn’t think much of it so the next time I went to the dealership for an oil change I bought that to their attention they reply was your warranty is up and it gone cost you around a thousand plus dollars to fix it. I went to the dealership prior to my last oil change due to my warranty was gonna be up. The dealership inspected my car and fix a minor problem. They said everything was fixed when I got on the turnpike. I noticed my car was wobbling uncomfortably. My next oil change was done at the dealership. No my car had 38,000 miles. Almost brand new car. I don’t speed. Don’t drive my car roughly or anything just a normal car so I took my car back to the dealership with 40,000 miles currently on it. They said my warranty was expired and gave me an estimate price over $1000 to fix my problem unfortunately I didn’t have the funds to resolve my problem. I’m stuck driving in wobbly uncomfortable car that I bought off the showroom floor at this dealership. Now let me make myself clear. This was the first time I ever experience this type of treatment at this dealership. This dealership is very friendly, polite, and understanding unfortunately, it was a bad day at the dealership. I will recommend friends and family to do business at this dealership, but if I have another bad experience, I would take my business elsewhere. More
