Six months ago my truck presented a problem in the sensors and I went to the dealer for that problem the truck was two months and they gave me a rented van from Emterprice with a very bad smell and di sensors and I went to the dealer for that problem the truck was two months and they gave me a rented van from Emterprice with a very bad smell and dirty after waiting two months I went and called Manager and reproached him Due to the mismanagement that he had, how this was possible and wonderfully the truck was fixed that same day in two hours that coincidence. A month ago the truck had problems with a tire and water was entering the cab of the truck from the driver's side. Hello, a 92k truck entering water !! ok I explained the problem I told him look I had a situation before here etc ... ok they had no car to give me the truck it had been two weeks and they did not see when it would be ready until I went and said I want to see my truck right now and if it is not ready I took it with me, it turns out that I find it in the last part of the parking lot without the parts of the cabin where water was entering and they had not changed the wheel, etc, it bothered me a lot, I took the truck and it turned out that they assembled the cabin and broke the part. made of plastic and they did not even have the decency to tell me about the situation that I solved on the outside with the Firestone in two days and it was only that the valve was bad and I should not have bought two new wheels and spent more than $ 1000 on that I think They do not care about anything and they will pay the consequences because wherever I go I talk about the bad service they do. Lazaro was great. He has great customer service skills and is very willing to assist. Unfortunately once I dropped my vehicle off I did not hear from anyone for four days. I had to go personally for an up and is very willing to assist. Unfortunately once I dropped my vehicle off I did not hear from anyone for four days. I had to go personally for an update. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I dropped my vehicle off on a Saturday, early AM, for an oil change and to address recalls. I was told I would hear back Monday. I did not hear back and went in late Tuesday to follow up. My vehicle was then ready for pick ip the following day. More
