My truck was towed there over a month ago. Trying to get my service on the phone was xxxx near impossible. Finally after a month and three days of my truck being towed there I went in to get s Trying to get my service on the phone was xxxx near impossible. Finally after a month and three days of my truck being towed there I went in to get some answers. My truck had the transmission go out in it, and the truck had some modifications to it. Now when I lost the transmission back in October of last year Dodge sold me a brand new 8k dollar transmission and gave me a 3 yr/100000 mile warranty. The truck was already modified when they did this. Now that the transmission is blown again and I need my warranty they will not cover it and voided my warranty. The first thing upsets me is that they told me it would be 5 days to get it diagnosed and then I was told two weeks. Well that turn into over a month. I have already spend 2k in rentals from enterprise, and still my truck sits broken. Lesson learned here is that I will take my truck to a small business in the future. More

worst service ever. took to another repair shop and fixed my jeep easily. dealer said because my car was old. repair shop said it was the main chip nothing to do with t took to another repair shop and fixed my jeep easily. dealer said because my car was old. repair shop said it was the main chip nothing to do with the age of my car. service people just don't seem to know anything about their vehicles without a computer. disaster having it towed from dealer to repair shop. total lack of customer service. will never go there again. The advisor never gave me the receipt of what the truck got done. He told me that he was going to sent it and am still waiting!! All my loose change is gone and i know that i left it there.
