The advisor never gave me the receipt of what the truck got done. He told me that he was going to sent it and am still waiting!! All my loose change is gone and i know that i left it there. Service itself was good, thing is service advisors were not attentive at all. Called multiple times, never picked up calls or voicemail feedback. Had to run in person to the dealer to get info. The day pic not attentive at all. Called multiple times, never picked up calls or voicemail feedback. Had to run in person to the dealer to get info. The day pick up was scheduled service advisor was not at the dealer, other o e had delivered the car, however I’ve got 3 calls to get to the dealer to grab my car that I had picked up already. One of the people actually told me that paperwork was not right. More
