Leah went above and beyond in making sure I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. She made sure I had the balance before proceeding with the work and even upon pickup of my car she walked me out t what was going on with my vehicle. In all the years I have been a customer here I have never had someone walk me to my car to ensure I was happy. I will continue to ask for Leah from here on out. New engine replacement failed after two days. Vehicle is dead 160 miles away from dealership and now I have to tow it myself to a Ford dealership that is 50 miles away. The new dealership can' Vehicle is dead 160 miles away from dealership and now I have to tow it myself to a Ford dealership that is 50 miles away. The new dealership can't look at my vehicle until another two and half weeks. I spent $15,000 for a new engine on a vehicle I just paid off in January 2022. I feel like I'm not getting any help and I feel like my Service Advisor has her hands tide to be able to offer assistance. I'm sure this post will never bee seen on this website for the others to view. More
