Only bought here because they had the car I wanted at the time I wanted to buy. Tried to get it from someone else because the sales process was unorganized and I found multiple "errors" in their numbers pres time I wanted to buy. Tried to get it from someone else because the sales process was unorganized and I found multiple "errors" in their numbers presented to me while trying to close the deal. I at least used it to my advantage as leverage to get a price no one else could match. Finance guy spent more time talking about himself and his boat than trying to help me sign my docs and take the car home. I wish I were making this stuff up. More

Had to put my sweet 2010 to rest after I spoke with Tim in the service department. I asked about used cars.there and he quickly put me in touch with Lee in the Pre-owned lot. He was so patient and knowle in the service department. I asked about used cars.there and he quickly put me in touch with Lee in the Pre-owned lot. He was so patient and knowledgeable and together we found red Kia Forte!! We did the deal with a finance guy(whose name escapes me) Done and done and I hit the gong!! Great people to do business with even in an unexpected crisis! More
