Best Honda Dealership in Columbus I have been a customer of Roush Honda for the past 3 years, and as of yesterday, I have officially purchased my second vehicle with them. They genuinely care about their customers, and they are more than happy to work with you. The service department is fantastic! If you purchase the rental convenience package, you will rarely wait on your car to be serviced. I haven't had to wait on my car since 2014! (Until it was in an accident, but waiting can't be avoided in that situation. It was also the reason for my most recent purchase) I have worked with Lee Cohen over that past year. He is truly a great salesman, and he was incredibly accomodating. When I got news of my car being a total loss, I reached out to him and immediately started the buying process before I had even received the check from the insurance company. I came in on Saturday to make the purchase and I had the pleasure of working with Rich Broderick for financing and paperwork. He was extremely thorough, and he took the time to make sure that I understood everything that I was signing. In less than a week, and in less than 2 hours at the dealership, I drove off the lot with my new Honda Civic. Thank you Lee and Rich! More

He stayed late to assist us, even though he was in the middle of moving. Throughout the buying process, he was upfront with pricing and was not pushy in any way. I honestly felt that Lee really understood that buying a new car is a big purchase that shouldn't be taken lightly, because he truly allowed us the space and time to make the right decision for us. The whole process was respectful and cordial, no "what do I need to do to get you to purchase this car today!" or "let me go talk with my sales manager and have you sign this piece of paper agreeing to this price!". I can't say that in the past I ever had a positive car buying experience, but now I can thanks to Lee and Roush Honda! I would definitely recommend Lee and Roush Honda to my friends and family. More
