I was very impressed with the people that worked there. It is a laid-back, no pressure environment. Danny Quintana is the salesman that worked with me and he was amazingly patient, fun, and easy to work with. Lee Grubbs and Tracy Weaver also worked hard to get my deal done. I told them what my budget was and what year car I wanted. Danny was able to show me several models that fit the description. I am happy I went to Certified and I will definitely be going back for another car when the time comes. Thank You! More

Some dealers just treat you like a number, but not at Certified Benz & Beemer. I worked with Danny Quintana, Lee Grubbs, and his team, and I was very impressed with how they treated me. When I drove up, the car that I came to see looked spotless because they had spent a week getting it checked out before selling it to me. They took the time to make sure it was in top shape before even showing it to me. They gave me a fair trade in on my vehicle, and then took the time to go over my new ride from bumper to bumper to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this dealer. More

Unexpected This is our second time purchasing a car from CBB. We(our son Alan) purchased a 2011 BMW 328 6 months ago and we were very impressed with the entire This is our second time purchasing a car from CBB. We(our son Alan) purchased a 2011 BMW 328 6 months ago and we were very impressed with the entire process and the great staff, particularly Alex and Dustin. When my wife Dian and I went to CBB on Saturday, we intended to drive the SL550, which is what we were thinking of going into for our next car. A convertible was our overriding consideration. After driving the SL550, the SLK350, a BMW M3 and a BMW Z4, we were shocked at the ride, the fun and the enjoyment of the BMW Z4. While the SL550 was what we were looking for, the ones that were in stock at CBB either were a color other than what we were looking for, a bit older than we were looking for, or candidly a couple were more than we wanted to spend. Alex, offered looking and finding one that fit our color choices, model year and the like, but after a few minutes of conversation,we chose the Z4. It is a fun convertible and we will play with it for a a year or two and then bring it back and get the SL550. When i woke up on Saturday, and if you told me I was going to buy a car, and it would be a BMW Z4, I would have told you stop drinking or smoking or whatever. But it happened. The Staff at CBB is Awesome, Alex was a pleasure to work with again. Dustin makes the financial part of the transaction easy and efficient and we never felt pushed or that "car salesman" feeling that can be a part of the car buying experience. And as a note, Lee did a great job of driving the cars out of the showroom. Thanks Lee! And for all the other things you did to help in the transaction. And oh by the way, there should be a speaker! I was so impressed with their website when I was searching that upon arrival from a week vacation we went over the dealership to test drive cars. Casey was extremely helpful and not pushy a bit (which is important to me). Most the time purchasing a car is a horrible experience for me. This was so easy. I couldn't resist the Lexus ISF! We are loving our car and the experience was excellent. I will refer many friends! More
