I had the very nice experience in dealing with Certified Benz and Beemer, especially Will May. He was very knowledgeable about the car and made the entire process rather easy. Paige Price was an effervescent person who did not make me feel as if I was being circled by sharks or being pushed towards something I wanted because it was shiny but wouldn't really want two weeks later. me feel as if I was being circled by sharks or being pushed towards something I wanted because it was shiny but wouldn't really want two weeks later. (An experience I am sadly too familiar with in the world of used cars) They had a large number of super shiny fast cars that I immediately wanted to take onto a deserted highway but that wasn't why I was there. They let me take the 2010 Toyota Prius to my mechanic. It checked out as cleanly as Paige said it would. She had the windshield wipers which were worn out replaced and the missing custom lug nut (and who gets custom lug nuts?) was also covered. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly which didn't surprise me as they were trying to sell me something. The wonderful thing though was I didn't feel as if they were trying to sell me something I wasn't sure I wanted. More
