Chris researched their inventory and showed me a number of cars that fit my needs. I am a car person and found Chris to be very knowledgeable with respect to each car and how they would or would not meet my needs. Jeff Hallenbeck was absolutely phenomenal as was the rest of the staff at Certified Benz & Beemer. I found the vehicle online and sent a request for someone to contact me. We were traveling 2.5 hours to see the vehicle and I wanted to make sure that everything was as advertised with the vehicle. Jeff was kind enough to take it for a drive and verify that there were no issues with the vehicle and confirm the condition of the vehicle was excellent. When we arrived, the vehicle was exactly as advertised. It was clear that Jeff and everyone at the dealership take great pride in both their jobs, and the cars they have available for purchase. Our vehicle was in perfect condition. Jeff went out of his way to answer any questions and the purchase process was quick including the financing. We were in and out in about an hour. There was ZERO pressure and everything was very straight forward with no stress. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.
