I couldn't be happier with my car buying experience at Certified Benz and Beemer! After a few days of looking for a used Honda Accord, I came across one on their website at a great price. Danny was Certified Benz and Beemer! After a few days of looking for a used Honda Accord, I came across one on their website at a great price. Danny was an awesome sales person to deal with. He was super friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable like I have with other dealerships in the past. Danny and Lee were very flexible and willing to work with me without having a trade in. Travis in service came by to go over the history of the car and the maintenance records. Talk about above and beyond! Chris in finance was informative and thorough. I still can't get over how quick and painless the entire process was, I was out of there in an hour. What a relief! I visited during my lunch brake to view a used (you wouldn't have known by looking at it) vehicle I looked at on their Internet site, went for a test drive, filled out the paperwork to purchase and went back to work. I hadn't planned to do that when I went in but that's what happened. It was a bit longer than normal lunch brake however. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and very professional. There wasn't a vehicle at their facility that wasn't first class and nearly indistinguishable from new. Although I haven't had any direct experience with their service facility, I expect that the same culture of professionalism will prevail when I return to have the vehicle serviced. I highly recommend "Certified Benz and Beemer" to anyone wanting to purchase a high class vehicle at a fair price. More
