Great customer service, exceeded my expectation. Lee was super friendly, kept me informed through the whole process. When I asked about the vehicle display indicator, he was not sure, so he asked me Lee was super friendly, kept me informed through the whole process. AWFUL SERVICE Let me start out by saying, this used to be the dealership I recommended to anyone in the market to get a car. I had sent several people in. However, Let me start out by saying, this used to be the dealership I recommended to anyone in the market to get a car. I had sent several people in. However, that ended in July. The dealership called me to inform me of a recall on my truck. We scheduled an appointment. I dropped my car off early on Monday morning and was kindly given a rental car. I was told that the repair would only take 4-6 hours after which they would call me and that I could pick my truck up by the end of the day. The day goes by and I hear nothing, which I understand as maybe they got busy and it took a little longer than expected. So I call the next day to get an update. The person at the service department could not tell me a single thing about my truck. I asked for an estimated time of completion or any information. She told me she didn't know, nothing more. I ask then if it is possible to talk to my service advisor. She tells me he will call me later, which never happened. Two more days go by and I have yet to hear a thing. Thursday I call again to get more information. Once again, I am given absolutely no information. I ask again for the service advisor to call me and, once again, he does not. Two more days go by and I am finally informed that my truck is completed and they can give me no reason why a 4-6 hour job took nearly a week. Once I arrive, the dismal service continues. The dealership lost my keys and could not find them for about 30 minutes. Then when they were supposed to bring my truck around, surprise, they forgot. Also, the $100 visa gift card that Toyota had promised with the recall was lost. I was told they would call in me a week so I could pick up the gift card.. Still have yet to hear back. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone again. More

Over all I had a great experience at Maita Toyota I came in with my brand new 2018 Tacoma.. I had just bought it in February... it’s now September and my battery wasn’t holding charge... I had to keep I came in with my brand new 2018 Tacoma.. I had just bought it in February... it’s now September and my battery wasn’t holding charge... I had to keep jumping starting in order to turn on... I came in to ask for an appointment by which the guy greeted me very well and even apologized for having that trouble so recently after purchasing my vehicle..... long story short he ended putting me at the top of the list and said he would take care of it as soon as possible... I was more than pleased since I was just asking for an appointment but he mentioned I probably shouldn’t wait on an issue like that..... he was even able to uber me Home and called me back within 2-3 hours telling me it was just a faulty battery and they got it done and fixed.... over all I was beyond pleased and had an amazing experience..... would recommend 10/10 More
