Very long wait but in the end I was satisfied with the serve I have yet to be dissatisfied with the service departments staff and their willingness to help and please. I do have some qualms with the dealers who I have yet to be dissatisfied with the service departments staff and their willingness to help and please. I do have some qualms with the dealers who roam the service department to prey on the customers. I was approached 3 times and twice they were unable to answer very simple questions about their inventory! More

Oil change I was treated courteously and honestly. These are important reasons why I come to Maita Toyota. But it took 2 hours for an oil change. Employees wer I was treated courteously and honestly. I appreciated the honest evaluation of my tire depth that contradicted another dealers evaluation that I needed tires. More

He was attentive to what I believed to be the issue and made suggestions which were cheaper, but could still diagnose the issue. Although he made the suggestion, I insisted. He was timely in completing the necessary computer-work and able to make me thrilled that I came to Maita Toyota. Best customer service experience I've had in a very long time! I will be back. More
