I have not had this car serviced anywhere else, as I have been very pleased with the maintenance performed on my car; and with the great customer service. I work an early shift at work. Many times I have brought my car in the day before a service appointment, pick up a rental car (at a very inexpensive rate), and then receive a call at work the next day saying my car has been serviced and ready to be picked up. Over the years there has been a serious effort to improve. My experience on Dec. 30 was because of a flat tire and the replacement of the flat. So without an appointment I came in and was taken care of efficiently. The bad part was that I had to wait for more than 2 hours to get a new tire put on.
