He didn't show me cars that we're out of my range or try to pressure us into increasing our budget. For the first time ever while car shopping I was actually asked what my life was like; do I have kids, how far do I drive to work, what kinds of things we do. Great Service from Sales to Management to Service This dealership is the best Toyota dealer we have ever dealt with!!!!!! We have had many different styles of Toyota's and worked with dealers in Conne This dealership is the best Toyota dealer we have ever dealt with!!!!!! We have had many different styles of Toyota's and worked with dealers in Connecticut then the Tampa Bay area. Sun Toyota has them all beat. Lee Sawicki was an excellent sales person and worked really diligently with Ferris Hamden to get us the best possible deal we wanted. Lee and Ferris went beyond what we expected and for that we are grateful! We ended up leasing the car we purchased but fully intend to buy the car after the lease is up. So we worked with Willy Patti to buy some accessories to keep the car in good condition and added some personal touches to increase the look and the value. Scott the Finance Manager (cant find his name on this list below) was extremely helpful in guiding us to add on some features since we were going to buy the car at the end of the lease. We really appreciated that. The dealership is exciting and the cafe has awesome food that we thoroughly enjoyed. All the way around TOP NOTCH experience. So happy we chose Sun Toyota to lease our new car from. We had to bring the car back to add all the features we purchased from Willy and Rochelle took very good care of us too. The car looked great after all the extra installations of Tint, Pin-Striping, Mud Flaps, Cargo Matt and Wash, Thank you Sun Toyota for your professionalism, your time and consideration in making your customers experience the BEST! Also on a side note wanted to thank Rocco and Ferris for setting up the items on the navigation system. Will be back to see Ferris soon as we had some compatibility issues with my phone and the car systems. He has offered to get it corrected for me with his assistance.. A very awesome General Manager.
