They also showed me how they timing belt had recently been changed the transmission was serviced and they put new tires on it to make sure the vehicle would be dependable. There were a few minor things I wanted to get fixed and went to the extra mile to make sure they were taken care of. They didn’t push me into anything and I really enjoyed working with them More

Purchasing our new Pilot was a wonderful experience from the first contact via a phone call to Lee delivering the vehicle to our home! I was curious about the price of a new pilot so I looked on the Costc the first contact via a phone call to Lee delivering the vehicle to our home! I was curious about the price of a new pilot so I looked on the Costco auto program. Within a couple of minutes, Lee Walls sent me an email and called me to ask if he could help in any way. I let him know Lou Sobh was over an hour from my house so I would like buy one from a dealer closer to my house, but I would like to know some details about the pilot and price. He sent me pictures and pricing on the unit I was interested in. His salesmanship, mannerism, and follow up was beyond any other sales person I have dealt with on many car purchases. I explained I wanted a tow hitch installed and I would not be willing to drive over an hour to the dealer another day. Lee offered to have the hitch installed and deliver the new pilot to my house. This was BEYOND any customer service I could image. That was the decision point that he had went beyond my expectations so I made the decision I was buying the car from Lee and driving the distance to buy the new car. We got to the dealer at closing time, he had the car back in the front parking space ready for my wife to test drive it and had everything ready to sign. Smooth process!! We agreed on a time for him to deliver it to my house the next day after the hitch was installed. The next morning, he sent me pictures of the new hitch installed and delivered the Pilot to our house! My wife and I cannot imagine a car buying experience could be ANY BETTER that what LEE WALLS provided. He created a “Wow!” experience! Thank you - Michael and Jennifer Rutledge More
