It was the first appointment of the day, and when dropping off my car I was informed they couldn't preform the recall that day. Then when they were able to get to my car I was informed I would have to pay out of pocket for the recall and they needed to know if I still wanted the service before they started. The price very inflated so I informed them I didn’t want anything to be done I will just pick it up. When picking it up they wanted me to pay for a diagnostic after I told them not to do anything. Had to speak with a manger to get my car back. The manager I spoke with was very professional and very good at his job. The cashier was very nice and professional. However the service representative I was dealing with the whole time was very upsetting to deal with. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

The customer service was the worst! I called several times left voicemails with a return phone number to get a hold of me yet as well as an email never received any call back. I finally I called several times left voicemails with a return phone number to get a hold of me yet as well as an email never received any call back. I finally drove up there to see why nobody turning my phone calls as well as emailing me. They already started to work on the car when I only drop it off for a diagnostic. Then one of the managers was so rude and got in my face I finally defended myself and I got in trouble for the incident and trespassed. none of the cameras work on the property whatsoever so I wasn’t able to validate or defend my case. Do not go here! They are horrible!!! More
