I went in for a routine state inspection on November 18. After waiting for 2 hours, Lenny returned my car and informed that found a leaky axle. After DePaula had the car for 3.5 hours, Lenny called to inform they didn't have time to fix the axle and that they measured my brakes wrong on 11/18 and the pads are actually much lower than the measure they gave me. Finally, I asked that the tech lubricate the retractable running boards on my vehicle. When I picked up the car, the passenger side running board had less functionality than when I dropped it off. Normally I deal with Lenny Farnam but he was busy helping another service customer. I delt with Chance and found that his service was the same quality as Lenny's - Excellent.
