Without the diligent, persistent, and detail oriented work from both Lenny and Howard, my truck would likely still be stuck in a bureaucratic nightmare with Ford Corporate. Ford Corporate wanted to ini work from both Lenny and Howard, my truck would likely still be stuck in a bureaucratic nightmare with Ford Corporate. Ford Corporate wanted to initially deny that I was having issues and return my car after DePaula was forced to keep it in their garage for months. Thankfully, Lenny and Howard don't adhere to cookie cutter procedure when it doesn't make sense. As such, they gave me my car back and worked around my schedule to continue having the issues troubleshooted. Howard and Lenny informed Ford corporate of the likely cause back in April, and Ford Corporate denied them the ability to confirm this, and had them perform the same software "patches" over a dozen times. Lo' and behold - now in October, when Ford was put up against a wall, they listened to Howard and Lenny, and approved the replacement part. The replacement part resolved all of my issues. If it weren't for Lenny and Howard, my car would almost certainly have been in the shop until my warranty expired. Most of the time was waiting for Corporate to reply to emails from DePaula. I cannot recommend them enough for being so good to me when I was an unintentional frequent visitor More

My experience at the Paula was very unpleasant. I first came in to have recall work done on my truck only to find out after having the truck there for a full day that you did not have the parts. I first came in to have recall work done on my truck only to find out after having the truck there for a full day that you did not have the parts. I was contacted two months later and was told that work would take two hours. I drove there dropped off the vehicle and could not get an update on the progress of the vehicle for more than 8 hours. When I arrived to pick up the truck nobody was at the desk and I had to walk through the shop looking for help. More

Bought a truck from these guys, brand new, three weeks later the AC compressor goes. I called to have them look at immediately, and they told me I’d be 3 week to even look at. Called my sales rep, he was later the AC compressor goes. I called to have them look at immediately, and they told me I’d be 3 week to even look at. Called my sales rep, he was an able to get me in quicker based on the circumstances. None the less, it took the 8 weeks later, 3 separate visits, some “delayed” parts, and finally fixed it after an initial failed attempt. Not sure if they even tested it the first time. Either way, we were treated incredibly rudely and with an “I don’t give a ****” attitude by the service team. The sales rep was a good dude though. More
