Lenny did a superb job. Unfortunately the service person did not. Our car was brought in for an inspection & having a new battery installed. Lenny specifically instructed th Unfortunately the service person did not. Our car was brought in for an inspection & having a new battery installed. Lenny specifically instructed the service person to be sure to do the inspection before putting in the new battery. Otherwise the sensors would be lost. The service person did the exact opposite. Thus the car now needed to be driven 35 miles up the Northway to reactivate the sensors for the inspection. This endeavor added another hour to the wait time. Thankfully Lenny & Glenn Cummings alleviated my impatience. They apologized profusely for the mistake, which helped immensely in tolerating the delay. Thanks to Lenny & Glenn for going above & beyond their duties. Their diplomacy worked. They managed to change this loyal longtime, but on this day somewhat soured, customer around, turning my frown upside down into a smile. DePaula Ford should be proud having such employees. This customer left satisfied. I shall return. More
