I was spontaneously looking at the C class convertible -had been waiting for a convertible that was delayed at a different dealer/vendor who was just I was spontaneously looking at the C class convertible -had been waiting for a convertible that was delayed at a different dealer/vendor who was just not responsive and really not valuing the transaction (I had to keep following up with THEM a/b when car would arrive and the test drive experience/service there was awful from the start.). From the first phone call to the dealer, to the way I was introduced to Lenny immediately, to the way I was treated from start to finish- this dealership was rather impressive. Working with Lenny was nothing short of a phenomenal experience. Lenny was very respectful, genuine, efficient and mostly he appreciated my potential business. This experience (Lenny) was the reason I opted out of the other dealer/vendor (BMW!) and purchased the car/my first Mercedes. It was what one would expect from a luxury vendor, but yet so rarely encounter these days. I have recommended him to numerous friends and will most likely stay with this dealer and Mercedes from here on out. And the car... incredibly elegant lots of details/options. Thoughtfully designed and incredibly fun to drive. It was VERY helpful to have the informational hour/demonstration with the gentleman who teaches and demonstrates on all of the car's options & features. Hi name escapes me but he was wonderful and SO patient with me. They are doing everything right over there!! More

I actually live much closer to another Mercedes dealership in a suburb in south Jersey, but I traveled nearly two hours to get my newest car because the dealership looks great, has great customer service, and they go above and beyond to get you what you are looking for.
