However I was not looking forward into having to actually go to a dealer and spend all day! at the dealer as it has happened previously. I called mercedes-Benz of Union and Lenny was very helpful, he emailed me information of the cars that I was looking for within minutes from talking to him, and made an appointment for me. Lenny was awesome! he made the experience easy and not dreadful at all... no long waits, no jumping from one desk to another, people to people. lenny handle to deal from begining to end he made sure that I understood everything I was signing and that I was comfortable at all times, and I trully appreciated that. When the easy transaction was done, I just wanted to hug everyone. I say everyone because everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Union are great! Courteous and Helpful. I drove away with a BIG smile.
